This Site and the services offered by Nashville Wellness are intended strictly for adults. By using this Site, submitting any pre-registration inquiries, or filling out screening forms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from or provide treatment options to individuals under the age of 18 through this Site.
While Nashville Wellness advertises and strives to offer “same-day admissions” for individuals requiring urgent clinical support, same-day admission is never guaranteed.
All admissions are subject to strictly non-negotiable operational and clinical criteria, including but not limited to:
Current bed and staff availability at our facility.
A formal, comprehensive clinical and medical screening by our intake team.
Verification and pre-authorization of your insurance benefits, or finalized alternative payment arrangements.
Nashville Wellness reserves the right to deny admission or defer acceptance if a prospective patient does not meet our safety and clinical criteria during the intake process.
Your privacy is of paramount importance to us. Because our screening and intake forms collect Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), our collection, use, and disclosure of your health data are strictly governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices and our Privacy Policy [Insert Links to both documents].
By submitting PHI through our Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which outlines how your medical information may be used and disclosed.
Any insurance verification or benefit estimation provided through our Site or live chat is done as a courtesy and constitutes a non-binding estimate only.
